Fire alarm system (OPS)

OPS: design, installation, commissioning and service. Conventional / addressable. Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

OPS design project

We prepare an OPS design per FVV (MChS) requirements: loops, detectors, control panel, SOUE and integration with smoke extraction.

OPS installation works

We install detectors, call points, panel, sounders and beacons; lay cable lines and follow fire-resistant routing standards.

Setup & programming

We configure the control panel: addressing, zones, activation scenarios. We test loops and set up logs and supervision.

Testing & handover

We run final tests, prepare as-built documentation and support you through FVV (MChS) inspection until acceptance is obtained.

Our advantages

We focus on safety, compliance and convenient operation of the OPS system.

Fast project kickoff

Fast start and facility audit

We visit quickly, perform an audit and propose a solution that considers deadlines and FVV (MChS) requirements.

Licensed engineering team

Licensed and certified team

Our engineers have valid permits for fire automation and strong experience with addressable and conventional systems.

Integrated security approach

Integrated security approach

We design OPS as part of a unified safety system: we integrate it with video surveillance, access control and building engineering systems.

Warranty and service

Warranty and scheduled maintenance

We provide up to 3 years warranty and offer a scheduled maintenance contract with planned visits and system supervision.

Work stages

Fire alarm system: from the first inspection to design, installation and regular maintenance.

We visit the facility and analyze layout, fire risks, existing cable routes and already installed systems (OPS, fire suppression, smoke extraction). We capture customer requirements and FVV (MChS) constraints.

We develop the OPS design per applicable standards: detector placement, loop schemes, connection nodes, power and redundancy calculations. The design considers final acceptance by FVV (MChS).

We install detectors, control panel, sounders, beacons, interface modules and cable lines. We formalize concealed works acts and follow installation heights, spacing and fire resistance requirements for routes.

We program the control panel, define supervision zones and scenarios for alarms and engineering controls. We test loops, simulate fire conditions and record results in test protocols.

We prepare as-built drawings, concealed works acts, test protocols, equipment lists and the OPS system passport for FVV (MChS) and the operating organization.

We support you during the inspection, demonstrate OPS and integrated systems operation, resolve comments promptly and bring the facility to readiness until the final acceptance act is obtained.

We sign a maintenance contract: quarterly inspections, scheduled cleaning and diagnostics, rapid response in case of faults, and support during re-inspections.

Fire alarm OPS: Q&A

Short answers to frequently asked questions about fire alarm (OPS) systems.

A typical system includes a fire alarm control panel (FACP), smoke and heat detectors, manual call points, sounders and visual beacons, cable lines, backup power, and interface modules to control evacuation and building engineering systems.

Yes — without a project, the system is usually not accepted by FVV (MChS). Proper design defines the number and type of detectors, loop schemes and connection nodes with fire suppression, smoke extraction and notification, and reduces installation risks.

At least once per quarter is recommended. We check detectors, lines, power supply, the panel log, perform functional tests and preventive cleaning — so the system works reliably in a real emergency.

The price depends on area and ceiling height, number of points (detectors), routing complexity, panel type and integration with other systems. Below you can see reference prices and point-based estimates; for an exact quote use the online calculator or request an engineer visit.
