A specialist goes to the site, measures, evaluates the condition of walls, ceilings and floors, records wishes on design and materials, analyzes complex nodes and junctions. New buildings, secondary apartments, offices and commercial buildings are assessed separately.
We prepare a detailed estimate and calendar plan. We select materials according to class and budget, calculate the per m² cost for different renovation types: cosmetic, major renovation, euro renovation. After agreement, we confirm the timeline, price and payment procedure in the contract.
We dismantle old finishes: wallpaper, tiles, screed, suspended ceilings, demolish partitions. We prepare surfaces: priming, leveling, reinforcement, screed, so that finishing works can be carried out to standards.
Plastering by beacons, puttying, drywall constructions installation, floor leveling, tiling and laminate laying, skirting installation, preparation for final finishing. At this stage, a quality base is formed for cosmetic or design renovation.
Painting, wallpapering, applying decorative finishes, installing decorative elements, fixing minor defects, final cutting works and fitting junctions. We form the final appearance of the apartment, office or commercial building in the chosen style.
We conduct a detailed inspection, eliminate remarks, perform construction cleaning, hand over the site according to the completed works act, and give care advice for finishes. We formalize the warranty for completed renovation and finishing works.
